movies opensource_movies A two-hour live television broadcast on Sunday, Jaunary 31, 2011 from Palo Alto, Calif. celebrated and commemorated over a half-century of service and the closing of the Foundation for Global Community. By whatever name - Creative Initiative, Building the Earth, Beyond War, Foundation for Global Community - at the heart of the work was always a Golden Thread that, all through time, has represented the universal truth: All is One. The televised program concluded by celebrating over 100 diverse, effective non-profit, public-service initiatives to whom all Foundation assets were disbursed. The purpose was to nurture and set free dedicated citizen-projects inventing and modeling sustainable ways of living and of building a global community that includes and benefits all.
